Serving Humanity Through Yoga & Compassion Since 2021
Pratyahara Foundation is a not-for-profit organisation incorporated as a Section 8 Company in 2026, formalising a social service journey that began in 2021 through Magnetic Yoga Pratyahara Therapy Centre. Rooted in the belief that health, dignity, and well-being should be accessible to everyone, our journey began with a commitment to using yoga therapy as a means of healing, service, and positive social change. Since 2021, we have worked to promote holistic wellness and extend the benefits of yoga to individuals and communities through therapeutic yoga sessions and social initiatives. With the establishment of Pratyahara Foundation in 2026, this commitment has grown into a broader mission, with a special focus on senior citizens, residents of old age homes, and underserved sections of society.
Mission
Through our Old Age Home Mission, we aim to visit old age homes, conduct yoga therapy sessions, and support the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of elderly residents. We believe that growing older should never mean being deprived of care, companionship, dignity, or the opportunity to live a healthier life.
Vision
Our vision extends beyond providing yoga sessions. We aspire to create opportunities for underprivileged individuals to learn yoga, develop meaningful skills, and use their knowledge and life experiences to serve others. By bringing together wellness, education, and compassion, we hope to build a community where everyone has the opportunity to contribute to society.
From a social initiative in 2021 to a registered Section 8 Company in 2026, our purpose remains unchanged: to serve humanity through yoga, care, and compassion.
We invite individuals and well-wishers to join us in this journey. Every subscription, every contribution, and every act of support can help us reach another old age home and bring hope to more lives.
